- How do I get help with my account?
- Email us at hello@larinera.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, the email associated with your Apple ID. We typically respond within 2 business days.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your server-side account data (credits, usage records, and device registrations) and removes local strategy history on your device. This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- How do I request my data or exercise privacy rights?
- Email hello@larinera.com with your request. You can also delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete Account). We aim to respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for details on your rights under GDPR and KVKK.
- How do subscriptions and credits work?
- TradeScript Pro is a recurring subscription that includes 100 credits per billing period — it is not unlimited usage. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time consumable packs. Each successful AI action (generate, evaluate, fix, or chat) consumes credits according to the rules shown in the app. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
- What does TradeScript Pro include?
- TradeScript Pro grants 100 credits per billing period (monthly or yearly plan). Credits are used for AI features such as code generation, evaluation, refinement, and chat. When you use all included credits, you can purchase additional credit packs or wait for your next subscription renewal. Pro does not provide unlimited AI usage.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select TradeScript Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Canceling a subscription does not delete your account or refund unused credits.
- How do refunds work?
- All purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
- How do I restore purchases?
- Open the app, go to the subscription or credits paywall, and tap "Restore Purchases". You can also use Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. If issues persist, contact us with your Apple ID email.
- Where is my strategy history stored?
- Strategy history is stored locally on your device only. It is not synced to our cloud servers. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account removes local history. We recommend exporting or backing up any code you want to keep.
- Is my chart screenshot stored on your servers?
- Chart screenshots you attach are transmitted to our servers only to process your AI request. We do not persist screenshots or other prompt content in our application database after the request completes.
- How do I report a bug?
- Send steps to reproduce, your iOS version, and screenshots if helpful to hello@larinera.com.
- Is TradeScript AI financial advice?
- No. TradeScript AI is an educational code-generation tool. It does not provide investment advice, trading signals, or performance guarantees. Generated strategies must be reviewed and tested on demo or backtesting environments before any live use. You are solely responsible for trading decisions.
